Favourite Products from Wishtrend

 

Here's my haul from H2 from Wishtrend. A quick review for all my readers here:

1. I'm From Honey Mask ($34.20):  I'm From is possibly my next favourite brand after Klairs. I have always been using their scrub/ hand wash so I thought of giving their mask a try. It is pretty gentle on my skin. For people who have sensitive skin like me, I would strongly recommend I'm From series. 


2. Klairs Daily Skin Softening Water ($22.95): I intended to use this as a toning water because I actually don't use any toner. Despite all the good things I have heard from a lot of people on how I should use a toner....toners just don't really create any visible impact on me. 


3. Klairs Rich Moist Forming Cleanser ($15.30): If you have been following me, you will know my old favourite was the Klairs Gentle Black Facial Cleanser. This works as well as that for me, but I prefer the packaging more. The pump method prevents more leaks and dirtying of my bathroom vanity area. :)


4. Klairs Fundamental Watery Oil Drop ($26.35): I would say this product is pretty good and is my holy grail. I leave this in the office for quick freshening if I had a rough night and my skin need a boost so that it looks supple and less flaky! You are definitely going to see more of it here!


5. Vitamin A Bakuchiol Night Cream ($28.05): I got this because of the Vitamin A. Do you know that Vitamin A can help to rebuild collagen and repairs damage from UV Exposure which can reduce wrinkles and age spots that lead to the enhancement of your skin repairing. :) For people who might get pimple from the use of moisturiser, this would work wonder because it is not too oily.

Wishtrend: New Handsoaps

Previously, I have been using Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Wash (Unscented). The scrub bits have been giving me a bit of eczema (skin has become a lot more sensitive after my pregnancy) so I decided to give I'm From handwash a try, after all they are priced the same ($30). I checked out the 2 available scents and the body wash as well to investigate the differences (sounds like an oddball in action right)

When I was reading the description, I expected myself to like Agarwood more (Nyeok) than Cedarwood (Geuneul). But I realise I like Geuneul more. Basically, not much difference between the handwash and the bodywash (with the bodywash being $4 more expensive.)

Packaging wise, this is made of glass which makes it pretty premium looking, but heavy. The major con is that my toddler sometimes drop the bottle when washing his hand and I am worried it would crack/ break and injure him (so far no such accidents). This doesn't have the scrub bits so my eczema has gotten a lot better after using them. 

Overall conclusion, this is definitely going to be my staple moving forward. :) Just wish they had a refill option because I don't really know what am I going to do with all the spare bottles. 

Say Hi to my new skincare favourites!

Has been a while since I tried something new. If I may even be honest, way overdue. Tried out some of new products from Wishtrend and it was awesome. In fact I might even be replacing some of them in my staples. Without further ado, starting from my favourites!

1. By Wishtrend Green Tea & Enzyme Powder Wash ($24)

Initially I was apprehensive about powder wash. But gosh, this rocked my world. First, if you are a green tea fan, you would love the scent. Just add some water to the powder and it foams up like a normal facial wash. It is not too drying on the face. And may I just add that this is perfect for a trip overseas. No more leaking products and you probably can bring it on the plane too!

Definitely a replacement product. Oh oh! This is my first time (I think) trying By Wishtrend products and boy it is good!

2. I'm From Fig Scrb Mask ($32)

I didn't expect to fall in love so deeply with this one. I actually am not too sure how a fig smells like. But this product smells divine, abit like a kueh bangkit (which I obviously love). And my skin felt so nice and soft after using it. Sorry Klairs Gentle Black Sugar Facial Polish ($23), but you are definitely replaced this time round!

3. I'm From Mushroom Collagen Ampoule ($32)

I do feel a little silly for saying this. But I tried this only because I love mushrooms and had some expectations that I would smell like a mushroom when using the product. But to think back, who wants to smell like a mushroom? Hmm.

Mushrooms are not usually used in cosmetics products because I guess there is no real special effect. Personally I felt it was just like any other collagen product. It is more of a liquid based and is really light on the skin. I like it, but I am not entirely sure if I will be adding it to my regime. Just don't have the time to put that much products on my face :'(

A guestroom so fine - My Oak and Sand bedsheet review

My son's room sometimes doubles up as the guestroom/ quarantine room (should any of the family member gets re-infected with Covid). And this room serves only the finest bedding I have to say. And this fine bedding is from Oak & Sand. If you don't know, one of my favourite materials for bedding is tencel (the other being bamboo). 

The bedding we featured is the Tencel X Naia Luxury Bedsheet Set ($179.90). Not cheap I know, but the comfort level was WOW. The colour collection is decent but if you want a wider choice, check out their Tencel Lyocell Premium Bedsheet Set ($108.50). Personally, I am digging the Languid Lavender Purple and Himalayan Muted Pink. 

Some of my friends also use Tencel sheets and would complain that the sheets would get some piling after washing in the machines. Mine never did. Here's a tip: You need to put the sheets in a washing net before putting it in the machine. And also, always read the instructions. If you are too lazy to read the instructions, cold water is usually safe. 

My only grouses with Tencel is that they crease easily. Yes, you can see it in the photos. That's because after being a Mother of 2, I no longer have time to iron my beddings. But if you do, the sheets would not just feel like lying a Hotel Bed, it will even look like a Hotel Bed. 

Here's a closer look on the comfy beddings. It is really silky soft and smooth. I would have to agree that it was definitely made for the humid weather of Singapore. It was cooling even if you weren't using the air-con and just the fan. Our mattress were a bit thicker than the normal mattresses but this sheet still fits snuggly. The set doesn't come with the bolster set. But the bolster price is quite reasonable ($19.90) and the price can drop lower with promotions.

Overall, I would really recommend this set, especially the bolster cases cos the price is really CHEAP! My son uses these sheets even though he is just a toddler because that he sleeps a lot longer through the night in cooler beddings. If he has better sleep, I too have a better rest!

All about Klairs

Be happy for me because your girl here finally lay her little paws on the Klairs All-Day Airy Sunscreen ($21) and she loves it. True to its name, it is light and doesn't stick on the face. Smooth application too! Look at my happy sun-protected face. Lately I am still staying indoors most of the time because as you all know the baby is arriving any time soon. 

But I am pretty sure once I am back in the groove this will be a product which is quite consistently restocked :P Truly a Klairs girl, because their products are really suitable for my skin and won't cause outbreak. :)

This round, I also stocked up on the Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Wash ($30) (read about it here!), yes it is kinda of becoming a constant. Our house uses the diluted version and it still runs out really fast. Oh yea, this time round I tested the Klair Supple Preparation Facial Toner ($22) because a lot of people have been raving about it. Somehow toner just isn't my thing. I don't really see the impact after adding it to the regime. Given that I will be pretty short on time soon, I think I will be giving this a pass. 

Am feeling a bit like a boring ole lady, will be trying new products the next round :P

My experience with Wishtrend Products

I have always been reviewing Wishtrend, in particular Klairs products. But this time round, I wanted it to be a bit different. Here's a close-up of my face so you know how the products have been working for me. I am actually very proud of my eyes, which shows no signs of ageing. I do have a bit of the natural puffy lower lids (卧蚕) which the Chinese really love. But honestly, if it is not a filler, it is easily prone to wrinkles. The only way to lessen its impact is to spam eye products. And I have been using the Fundamental Nourishing Eye Butter ($24)

I heard a lot of good reviews on the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop ($23) so I have incorporated it into the regime. I feel that it is a morning version of the Midnight Blue Youth Activating Drop ($30). I will probably be sticking to the Youth Drop because I usually do my skincare at night since mornings are usually quite a rush for me. 

The only non-Klairs item I used was the Rovectin Aqua Soothing UV Protector ($29). To be honest, I would prefer using Klairs products simply because it is trial and tested on my skin. However, Klairs is always out of stock and I really needed some sunscreen badly now we are out more often. Rovectin isn't bad, it does its job and doesn't cause any break-out. It is just that I am a sucker for Klairs haha. 

Wishtrend Again

This girl loves her Wishtrend loots and it is probably no secret by now. This time round, I basically did a restock on my holy grail which I have been using religiously and tried out 2 more products because I need them, LOL!

1. Klairs Fundamental Ampule Mist ($27) 

I am not entirely sure if WFH for too long a period has my body weak. But now during the walks for my daily commute, I would be perspiring like crazy. The natural flush is great, but I hate looking all wet and sweaty. So I decided to give this face mist a try. I was tempted by the ingredients - Jeju Green Tea Water, Cucumber, Rice, Okra etc. all this sounds really nutritious for my face. 

This product promises to lock the moisture in the skin and I love how it makes my face so dewy (this is without any make-up by the way). It also makes my face less dry in the continuous aircon environment. Adding this to my favs :)

2. I'm From Honey Lip Balm ($20)

So...my lip is having a bit of a peel issue. I am not sure whether it is because of the raging hormones or the continuous aircon. But regardless, I decided to do something about it. This lip balm is pretty great. It doesn't have much of a scent and is not sticky. It glides on my lip and it did prevent any more annoying peels. You can use it as a day balm or a mask at night. I just use it as whenever my lips feel dry.

The only thing that bugs me a little is the application. You need to use your fingers to dap it on. Given the whole pandemic situation, I don't really prefer as much finger contact on my face as before. I always wash my hands before and after application. It would be great if it was in a stick form. 

3. Klairs Midnight Blue Youth Activating Drop ($27)

Hello, Holy Grail, you can read about my review here. Interestingly, I have been receiving comments that I am aging backwards. Stoke about it obviously, now I just have to work on my Mum-Tum, which I seriously have an issue with. Not sharing any product photo, but an awesome no-makeup selfie. This beautiful face uses 100% Wishtrend products, just so you know :P

Trying out more new products from Klairs

I think by now all of you will know that I am a fan of Klairs and is always trying out their products so that I have a better sense of what I like/ suits me. Once again, I am happy to share with you folks my thoughts as well so that you won't have to waste money on items that may not suit you. 

1. Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Wash ($30) and Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Cream ($30)

I can't speak for everybody but Covid has made me a lot more conscious about hygiene and cleanliness. One of the items which is used quite heavily was the hand soap. And so I decided to give the hand soap a try. Wow, it is really good stuff. This is the first time I am using soap with a scrub micro-bits. However, it is rather drying so it works best with the moisturiser. 

You must be wondering why am I even putting moisturisers in the toilet. Haha, truth is I was inspired by all the hotels/ clubs' atas toilets. I noticed they always have a moisturiser by the side and it does make your hands feel softer after use. So I decided to bring the lux home. I have to say with a candle and moisturiser, my toilet has become one of my favourite places on Earth. Hehe. 

2. Klairs Supple Preparation Body Soap ($11)

So my experience with the The Ecru Clay Soap ($14.40) hasn't been that well (you can read my review here), so I decided to give Klairs  a try. So far I am liking it - it foams well and holds its shape better. Best of all, it is also cheaper too. Guess I am a Klairs girl after all hehe. This is definitely going into my repeated-buy list!

By the way, this is recommended for people with acne on their body. I am using it even though I don't have any. :)

Wishtrend interesting products

By now, I am pretty sure you guys know that I like my Wishtrend products. I have tried more products this time round and decided to do another sharing on 3 products as they are pretty interesting finds.

1. Klairs Midnight Blue Youth Activating Drop ($30)

I decided to give this a try because I heard so much good things about it. It does reminds me a little of the butter pea blue and it smells divine. I am not sure about you but this colour makes me feel that this serum is magical. Haha. It is quite light on the face so I really like it a lot. 

I use it after cleansing daily. It supposedly helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and promotes a youthful look. Recently, someone guessed that I was 5 years younger than my actual age and couldn't believe it when I said I was a mother of 1. Guess this works? Hehe. 

2. The Ecru Clay Soap ($14.40)

Many people are shocked when I tell them I use a cake soap. Haha, I do agree that soaps are generally more drying on the skin but I moisturise myself after so it doesn't really matter at the end of the day. And, I like that soap bars are more environmentally friendly. It literally disappears after uses. Haha. 

I was curious about the clay soap so I decided to give it a go. I would think it gives a very lux vibe and foams extremely well. It is unscented (which I don't like) and I notice that it melts quite a bit and doesn't survive as well in my moist and damp toilet. Klairs has another cake soap, which I will probably give it a go the next time round. Guess I am still a hard core Klairs fan!

3. Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil ($23)

Personally, I like using cleansing oil to clean my face. Because I would be able to massage it in and it feels more relaxing and spa-like. Sadly, somehow my skin is never compatible with cleansing oil and this one caused a little bump to appear on my skin. 

Klairs has a gentler version in white and I was thinking maybe I will try that next time. It is such a bummer cos I really like the texture and scent of this bottle. But for beauty products, a lot of effort and money sometimes have to be spent to try and know what suits and works for your skin. Beneficiary: my bro whose skin is extremely compatible with this cleansing oil. He owes me one. Hmph. 

Wishtrend: My Klairs Loot

 

Being a working mum is truly F-hard. I barely have time for myself anymore and I am speaking from someone who has lots of support from the family. Ever since my baby turned 6 months, I told myself I am going to work on myself again. I am going to exercise and continue my beauty regime. I am going to look good and feel good again. 

I am quite a fan of some of the Klairs products and I usually get them from Wishtrend. Here's my haul for this quarter and I thought I will do a review on them here as well :)

Klairs Fundamental Eye Awakening Gel ($25)

I have been putting quite a bit of focus on my eyes lately because mums don't really get enough sleep. Klairs products have always been quite compatible for my skin and this one didn't disappoint as well. Some products cause milia around my eyes. But this one doesn't and it is really light. For an eye product, the price is very reasonable too, thumbs up for this!

Klairs Gentle Black Sugar Facial Polish ($23)

This is another one of my favourite. After using it, my face felt really smooth. When it comes to scrub, I do find that sugar seems to have a moisturising effect versus after forms of scrubs. The only problem is that you need to keep the bottle really dry otherwise the sugar would melt and become gooey. Most sugar products usually smell really good, but Klairs doesn't. Not sure why, but it is not a deal breaker. Am consider to use it for my body as well cos the price is still considered reasonable :P

Klairs Fundamental Nourishing Eye Butter ($24)

I actually like this a little better simply because I prefer a creamier texture so you feel like you are putting something and doing some work. It is still very light and is more moisturising. If you have dark eye circles, this one seems to be more effective for people who needs help. It is more of a "to improve" and less of a "to maintain" product. And it is cheaper too by a dollar LOL! I am still using both. For better effects, you should use both. But I admit, I can be kinda of lazy sometimes so I pick the item more within my reach :P

I am a wishtrender ft. reviews

The good thing about WFH is that I get to focus more on myself and set aside some time for my beauty regime. I came across Wishtrend and I have been trying out some of the brands they hold. Klairs is an all-time favourite of mine, but I decided to be a little more adventurous and have been trying out some of their different brands, whenever the opportunity arises. 

Me, being me decided to do everyone a credit and will be updating my reviews here so that you folks will have some sense of the products and stay away from the not so good products if there are any. :P

Klairs Gentle Black Facial Cleanser

I have been quite a fan of Klairs product and this new release works very well on my skin too. I read some reviews that says that this product is very drying but not for me. I have combination skin by the way. No breakouts too after using it. Would definitely include this in my holy grail!

elmt Skin Illuminating Solution ($17)

This is my first product from elmt. It is supposed to bring out a glow, helping you to achieve a brigher and more radiant skin. For me, I haven't exactly see any visible effect, but many people have commented I look young lol. I guess it is still awesome to receive that comment given that I have a baby who doesn't allow me to have full rest :P

Note: I still have 2 more products pending review, only one face la, need to finish these 2 first before I open more to try :P

Any pending commissions owed will not be paid if your account is terminated due to spamming or solicitation. 3.C. Copyright and Trademark Infringement Wishtrend reserves the rights to seek legal action against retail partners and affiliates that infringe our copyrights, registered trademarks, and patented and patent pending products. Affiliates acknowledge that they will not promote, manufacture, distribute or sell products that replicate the exclusive designs and functions owned by Wish company. Patented and patent pending products owned exclusively by Wish company include, but are not limited to, the By Wishtrend, Klairs, Wishtrend TV, Jungle Botanics and all products in the Wishtrend exclusive line. Failure to adhere may result in removal of the Affiliate Program. Wish company will legally pursue all parties associated with the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of counterfeit or patent infringing products. 3.D. Using your affiliate code You cannot use your affiliate link to purchase on wishtrend.com yourself, please use coupon code that we provide every month instead of purchasing via your affiliate link. When checked, if the affiliate order is using affiliate linking, commission will be removed. 3.E. Coupon Code Marketing Coupon marketing is allowed, but affiliates must adhere to the following terms: 3.E.1. Affiliates are permitted to use active coupon codes provided exclusively through the Wishtrend Affiliate Program. Affiliates are not permitted to promote unauthorized coupon codes, codes that are exclusive to other affiliates, codes provided in customer-oriented newsletters or other promotional codes from Wishtrend’s non-affiliate program marketing efforts. Use or attempted use of any coupon code received from any source other than directly from the Wishtrend Affiliate Program will result in lost commissions and/or removal from the program. 3.E.2. Promotion language must be simple, easy to understand, and should include the following: The offer, the coupon code, the expiration date, and approved text link only. Publishers of the coupon code must not use “bait and switch” language, misrepresentations, or false advertising when promoting offers (i.e: “Click here for more possible deals”). Publishers must remove invalid coupon codes and banners, or make clear to readers that the code is expired. 3.E.3. Affiliates bear the responsibility for removing any unauthorized, user-submitted codes. 3.E.4. Distributions of coupon codes on multiple sites need to be disclosed and approved by the Wishtrend Affiliate Program. Please email any new websites and promotions distributing Wishtrend coupon codes to affiliate@wishcompany.net for approval. 3.E.5. When the partner is not an ownership of a personal channel ( i.e. blog, website, youtube channel..) and instead owns a coupon sharing site (i.e. couponvario, promopro..) affiliate benefits could be restricted. 3.E.6. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in suspension and lost commissions. Upon warning, affiliates must remove all violations. Repeated abuse will result in cancellation of your affiliation and any pending commissions owed will not be paid if your account is terminated due to coupon code misuse. 3.F.“Cookie-Stuffing” “Cookie-Stuffing”, forced clicks, etc. is not permitted. “Cookie stuffing” is an unlawful strategy of generating affiliate sales. (IE: Use of cookie stuffing to cause tracking systems to conclude that a user has clicked through a qualifying affiliate link – and to pay commissions accordingly- even if the user has not actually clicked through any such link). Affiliates found using, employing or receiving this strategy will be immediately revoked and all commissions will be forfeited and conditions. 3.G. Adware & Toolbars Affiliates are prohibited from transmitting any “interstitial,” “Parasiteware™,” “Parasitic Marketing,” “Shopping Assistance Application,” “Toolbar Installations and/or Add-Ons,” “Shopping Wallets” or “deceptive pop-ups and/or pop-unders” to customers from the time the customer clicks on a qualifying link to the Wishtrend website until the time the customer has exited the Wishtrend site (ie. no page from the Wishtrend site or any Wishtrend content or branding is visible on the end-user’s screen). The terms a. “Parasiteware™” and “Parasitic Marketing” shall mean an application that (a) through accidental or direct intent causes the overwriting of affiliate and non-affiliate tracking cookies through any other means than a customer initiated click on a qualifying link on a web page or email; (b) intercepts searches to redirect traffic through an installed software, there by causing, pop ups, commission tracking cookies to be put in place or other commission tracking cookies to be overwritten where a user would under normal circumstances have arrived at the same destination through the results given by the search (search engines being, but not limited to, Google, MSN, Yahoo and similar search or directory engines); (c) set commission tracking cookies through loading of Wishtrend site in IFrames, hidden links and automatic pop ups that open Wishtrend’s site; (d) targets text on web sites, other than those web sites 100% owned by the application owner, for the purpose of contextual marketing; (e) removes, replaces or blocks the visibility of affiliate banners with any other banners, other than those that are on web sites 100% owned by the owner of the application. 4. Disclaimer 4.A Wishtrend.com makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding Wishtrend.com service and website or the products or services provided therein, any implied warranties of Wishtrend.com ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement are expressly disclaimed and excluded. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error free, and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. 4.B. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it: Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, promote any kind of violence or illegal activity and if it incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law. Your website may not contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program. 4.C. If any system error, canceled order or fraud is detected we reserve the option to delete or change the affiliate order commission. We reserve the right to down grade or change your account level and status depending on your behavior, your sales during the past 6 months, your performances, your activity and your blog posts/videos. Wishtrend.com reserves the right, at any time, to review your placement and approve the use of Your Links and require that you change the placement or use to comply with the guidelines provided to you. 5. Limitations of Liability We will not be liable to you with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, tort , strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of revenue or goodwill or anticipated profits pr lost business), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, in no event shall Wishtrend Cumulative liability to you arising out of or related to this agreement, whether based in contract, negligence, strict liability, tort or other legal or equitable theory, exceed the total commission fees paid to you under this agreement. 6. Indemnification You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wishtrend.com, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) (any or all of the foregoing hereinafter referred to as "Losses") insofar as such Losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on any claim that our use of the affiliate trademarks infringes on any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, license, intellectual property, or other proprietary right of any third party, any misrepresentation of a representation or warranty or breach of a covenant and agreement made by you herein, or any claim related to your site, including, without limitation, content therein not attributable to us. 7. Confidentiality All confidential information, including, but not limited to, any business, technical, financial, and customer information, disclosed by one party to the other during negotiation or the effective term of this Agreement which is marked "Confidential," will remain the sole property of the disclosing party, and each party will keep in confidence and not use or disclose such proprietary information of the other party without express written permission of the disclosing party. 8. Payments 8.A. You will receive a commission for sending authorized sales via your affiliate links. In order to place an affiliate link, you must first be approved by Wishtrend affiliate system to become an affiliate. Payout rates may be changed at anytime and can be viewed via your affiliate account on Post Affiliate. It is your responsibility to determine if the payout for a link you have placed has been changed or discontinued. Payments are made at the end of every month when your account balance reaches the required minimum or more for the previous month’s transactions. If you want to receive your payment please send us an invoice at affiliate@wishcompany.net with your Wishtrend affiliate account and the paypal address used. Your account does not accrue interest. We check and remove any system problem/ fraud and we can delete or modify an order commission if needed. 8.B. We are sending commission via Paypal only. Paypal may charge you fees when receiving the payment. We are not responsible of this charges. 8.C. Before the affiliate commission payout day, our manager will check for system error. In the chance errors are found, commission earnings may be different from the commission seen on the affiliate system prior to payout. This is caused by : -The system tracks an order but the total sale number is incorrect -The system tracks the same order multiple times -When the affiliate purchase with their own affiliate link -When the order is canceled -When other types of fraud are detected 8.D. Wishtrend.com uses Post Affiliate Pro system to handle all of the tracking and payment. Kindly review the Post Affiliate Pro system’s payment terms and conditions. 9. Affiliate Account Interface You will create a log-in and password in order to enter the Post Affiliate Pro system account interface. From their site, you will be able to view and receive your reports regarding your commissions due to you. 10. Modification We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this agreement. Your continued participation in Wishtrend Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes. 11. Representations and Warranties You represent and warrant that: 11.A. This agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid, and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms; 11.B. You have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement and to perform your obligations under this agreement, without the approval or consent of any other party; 11.C. You have sufficient right, title, and interest in and to the rights granted to us in this agreement. 12. Revocation of Affiliation Affiliation can be ended at any time, with or without cause. This agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this agreement by you. Launch of Maison 21G Cashmere Wood

I am quite excited about this because this isn't the first time we have reviewed on Maison 21G (read post here). I have always wanted to try out their workshops and was quite pleased to have an appetiser on how it is like. Maison 21G launched its latest scent - cashmere wood. If you have been following us for quite a while, you would know that we are quite into the woody vibe.

Cashmere Wood reminds me of a work in the forest. To me, the scent is fresh yet warm. There is something soothing yet distinctive about the scent. During the launch, we took a sniff at each and every ingredient in the blend. It is pretty interesting to smell how each scent interacts with each other to create the concoction. 

To make it truly yours, Maison 21G recommends for the scent to be blended with on of its other 34 core scent. We did have a bit of short-cut by telling them our general preferrence. I preferred something more floral and sweet and was recommended Frangipani. The Hubs tried out ginger, even though he doesn't even take ginger, he was in love with the spicy scent. 

For us, we only added one other core scent. I used to be very excessive. But now I believe that more isn't exactly more so I stopped at 1 (you can go for more cores by the way). Each 30ml bottle is priced at $95 and the bottle can be engraved to make it one and only. It truly makes a very luxurious gift. 

Apart from the parfums, Maison 21G also allows you to customise candle scent. In historical time, fragrances were only reserved for the rich and powerful. Scents was used to boost statuses. If you have a scent that you love, you can also fill your whole house in it. 

Personally, I found the shortened version of the perfume blending still very fun and encourage couples to have a go at it. To spice things up a little, make your other half blend his perfect smell for you. I am pretty sure the product which entice his nostrils would make you even more alluring when you spray it upon yourself *winks*

Snowperk review

Skincare routine is really not for the lazy. Now that I have a baby at hand, anything that takes up too much time or effort has pretty much taken a huge step back. Time is really too much of a luxury and I would rather spend the time either sleeping or sleeping haha. Yes, I need my beauty rest darn badly. 

By now, you may have realised that I am slowly laxing in terms of my requirements of my skincare products and reintroducing chemicals on my face and body. The reason being, my skin is slowly losing its glorious pregnancy glow (boo!) and I really didn't want to look too tired most of the time. 

I was introduced to Snowperk by Try and Review. Snowperk is a personalised skincare product. Each set comes with a base moisturiser and a booster that is based on your skin needs. I was recommended to use Booster No. 7, which is mainly for skin protection. The products aims to defend my skin against harsh elements such as environmental pollutants, and help my skin be more resistant to aggressions so that it will look more radiant and healthy. 

Personally, I don't use any product of similar function in my regime. Currently, I barely step out of the house and my poor skin condition is mainly due to lack of sleep and breastmilk that somehow always end up spilling on my pillow and clothes (no thanks, baby! Hmph! )

I have been using for 7 days and so far my sensitive skin shows no sign of further irritation. The product is very light and non-greasy. However, I don't really the fact that we have to mix the booster into the base moisturiser ourselves. To a new mummy, I prefer simplified products. 

Packaging wise, I appreciate the cover that squeezes out the moisturiser so that you don't need to have any contact with it. However, the cover could be removed so I am not sure if this would help the product to not be oxidised that quickly. The product is quite reasonably priced so I do see myself using it again since I don't have any product in my regime that does the same function. :D
